Carnaval de Barranquilla Immersion at Frankston Primary School

A series of immersive experiences at Frankston Primary School during which students from Prep to Grade 6 learnt the historical and social significance of the Carnaval de Barranquilla, were taught some of the traditional music and dances associated with it and created their own costumes. The activities concluded in a “Carnavalito” presentation before their families and teachers at the school.
