Wayapa Wuurrk Free Introductory Workshop

Wayapa, is an Indigenous practice to help individuals re-connect with themselves, their spirit and the Earth.

Come along and spend an evening with certified practitioner Allara as she introduces and explains the 14 elements of Wayapa and how to re-reconnect with Mother Earth. Allara shares stories and knowledge based on her Yorta Yorta culture as well as give you an opportunity to experience the physical practise, (an Indigenous modality similar to Tia Chi/Yoga but based on connecting to the Earth).

About Allara

Allara has been a certified and practicing Wayapa Wuurrk-er since the inaugural diploma intake in 2016. Wayapa Wuurrk means Connect Country – in Gunditjmara and Gunnai Kurnai language. She delivers a unique Wayapa experience for anyone wanting to become more connected to the Earth through sharing stories about her connection to country based on her knoledge of Yorta Yorta Country and Culture, she gives advice for others on how to take care of the earth, inherently healing both country and ourselves.
