SUMMARY:Wayapa Wuurrk Full Day Immersion Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Wayapa\, is an Indigenous practice to help individuals re-connect with themselves\, their spirit and the Earth.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCome along and spend the day with certified practitioner Allara\, as she shares stories and knowledge based on her Yorta Yorta culture as well as sharing the physical practise of Wayapa Wuurk. \nThis full day workshop includes a detailed introduction of Wayapa\, listening and sharing of stories about the 14 Wayapa elements\, a guest speaker and a delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch supplied by Alisha’s Café Collective. \nThe day will conclude with a special performance from Allara who shares her connection though music and song\, using double bass\, a loop pedal\, and an earthy vocal delivery of original poetry.  \nAbout Allara \nAllara has been a certified and practicing Wayapa Wuurrk-er since the inaugural diploma intake in 2016.
